Options available:

There are 6 basic options from which to choose:

1. Remove the organisation from the list of Village organisations if it is already on the list. Select "Option 1" and enter your organisation's name in the box provided. There is no charge for this removal.
2. Have the name of the organisation on the list only. If it is not already on the list, it can be included at no cost to you. Select "Option 2" and enter your organisation's name in the box provided and select a category from the drop-down list alongside. If the name is already on the list, you need make no response unless we have mis-spelt it or given it the wrong category. If you have an email or web address, we will include this as well for free.
3. This is the Basic Option. We will include, along with the organisation's name, a Contact name, the address of the contact, or the meeting place if preferred (see warning), a telephone number, a mailto: link for the reader to send you an email (see option 6 if you do not have one) and your web address if you have one. Enter the above details in the boxes on the form and select "Option 3". The set-up cost for this option is: Charity or Voluntary organisation: £2.50; Company or business: £5+VAT; if you require a major alteration, then the same amount must be paid.
4. Basic Plus Option. All the details of the Basic Option will be included (and should be entered in the boxes provided), but you can also have a description of the organisation and logo or small graphic added to the entry. Select "Option 4". The logo/graphic should either be in .gif or .jpg format and can be emailed to us at norfolk-villages@steepletowersoftware.com or sent by post, in a crisp or clear form which can then be scanned, to our address with your payment. You can either email us the description (which should not exceed 300 words) or send a typewritten copy with your cheque. The set-up cost for this option is: Charity or Voluntary organisation: £5; Company or business: £10+VAT; if you require a major alteration, then the same amount must be paid.
5. Advanced Option. We can provide a custom designed web page for your organisation or place one you have designed on the the Norfolk Villages web site. The cost of the design work and the cost involved in uploading the page(s) to our site will be charged on a time basis at £22 per hour plus expenses and VAT. Subsequent changes to the page(s) will be charged at the same rate on a monthly invoice. We will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment to discuss this option with you. Enter the basic details as in 3 but select "Option 5"
6. Email Option. This is in addition to any one of the previous options. We will provide a mailto: address in your entry which will enable readers to send a message addressed to you at SteepleTower Software. We will send on to you a printed copy of the message. Messages will be sent as they come to us, but at a minimum interval of one week. The cost will be £1 per mailing to cover postage, printing and time involved. If you choose this option, a deposit covering 5 mailings will be required (£5) and this will need to be topped up when 4 mailings have been made. If you withdraw from this option at any time, the balance less £1 will be refunded to you, but no more messages will be forwarded to you. This option can be used with options 1-4 if you do not want your address and telephone number to be included (see Warning.) Select email option check box if you want this facility.

Please write your organisation's name on the back of the cheque. You may, if you like, include the details required on this response form in the envelope rather than filling in the form on-line.

Your details will be included on the Village site as soon as your cheque has cleared through the bank.

Warning:

Your name, address and telephone number if put on the web page will be available to anyone with access to the Internet. You may prefer to withhold one or more of these details or give an alternative address (e.g. the meeting place) or use option 6 to enable people to contact you. Back to Basic Option
